Red line to Liljeholmen, front of the train coming from the centre of town. Up the escalator, turn left to exit the station, immediately left outside and left again at the end of the building.

There will be a trail for runners and a shorter trail for walkers. It may be darkish before the end of the run, so a headlamp could be useful but not essential. You can leave bags at your own risk in the back room at Thai Rung, but take valuables with you. Preferable (but not essential) to order food before the run.
